Goods for Collection Terms & conditions
The passenger is required to complete this form in full to enable us to operate this service. Once goods have been paid for, Heathrow will hold and store the goods securely until the passenger returns to this airport. The passenger is then required to collect their goods upon their return at the collection point detailed below. Please retain this receipt for presentation when collecting your goods. You will also be required to show another form of identification. Goods will be disposed of if they are not collected after 6 months from the planned return travel date or if they are perishable and past their sell-by date.
This service is available on all items, excluding duty-free alcohol and cigarettes.
Goods for delivery terms & conditions
This service is available to all passengers travelling to any destination. Free delivery is only available when registered Heathrow Rewards card holders spend £300 or more and present their Heathrow Rewards card at time of purchase. Free delivery is available to non-Heathrow Rewards members when they spend £500 or more. The purchaser is required to give complete delivery details at time of purchase including a full UK postcode and contact telephone number for the recipient. Heathrow cannot be responsible for undelivered items when the correct delivery information has not been provided. Maximum insurable value of £20,000 per delivery. Deliveries will be made within ten working days of purchase and are only available to UK mainland residential addresses. A signature is required at the destination address as proof of receipt.
